Purpose
Skill Development and Technical Education: Providing international standard technical training to rural youth and developing them into skilled human resources so that they can compete in the global market. Strengthening the rural economy: Directly linking the flow of remittances from overseas Bangladeshis to the rural economy and thereby encouraging local businesses and agro-based initiatives. Safe and Legal Migration: Creating safe overseas employment opportunities for children of rural poor families, in a completely legal and legitimate manner, without the risk of any fraud or exploitation. Poverty Alleviation and Family Development: Employment of a young person abroad in a family means lasting economic liberation and improvement in the overall social condition of that family. Women Empowerment: The money earned by women from abroad is showing a new direction to the rural society. We are giving special importance to making women self-reliant by providing jobs abroad to women workers and ensuring their safety.

Our History
A significant portion of Bangladeshi youths dream of moving abroad to change their family's fortune through hard work. However, the ground reality is often harsh. Every year, thousands of rural youths fall victim to fraudulent middlemen and sub-agents. Families are forced to sell their ancestral lands or take high-interest loans to afford the migration cost, only to end up underemployed, underpaid, or deceived abroad. This vicious cycle of debt pushes impoverished families deeper into poverty. This structural crisis in rural migration deeply moved our founders. We realized that empathy alone wasn't enough; what was needed was a transparent, institutional, and tech-driven solutionâa platform completely free from middlemen, where deserving candidates could secure foreign employment based solely on merit, at zero or minimal cost. Driven by this humanitarian mission, International Overseas Employment & Service Limited (IOESL) was established in 2026. Guided by our official slogan, âFrom Village to the World,â we began our journey to rewrite the narrative of labor migration in Bangladesh. We believe that poverty is not a lack of potential, but a lack of opportunity.
